How the first conversation works
I start by listening: your timeline, your budget, the areas you love, and what a good move looks like to you. From there we'll talk about how I would approach it, what to expect next, and the questions that deserve good answers. And yes, se habla Español: we'll talk in whatever language feels most natural.

How quickly should I expect a reply?
I reply to every message personally, usually within a couple of business days. If you haven't heard back, please follow up: it means the first message did not land.
What should I share in my first message?
Wherever you are in your thinking, that is enough. A rough timeline, the areas you love, whether you are buying, selling, or relocating: the more you share, the more useful my first reply can be.
Is there a cost or obligation to a first conversation?
None at all. The first conversation is a chance for us to get to know each other: you share your plans, and I'll share how I work. There is no pressure and no obligation at any stage.
I’m just starting to think about a move. Should I wait?
That is exactly the right time to reach out. Early conversations make later moves easier: they give me time to understand your goals and give you a clear sense of what a well-prepared move looks like.
Do you speak Spanish? / ¿Se habla español?
Sí, fluently. Please reach out in whichever language feels most natural to you. We can work together in English, Spanish, or a little of both, and I'm glad to serve Spanish-speaking clients at every step of the process.
